Serena leads our high performance, culture and ED& I initiatives within Humanise Solutions. Serena was the England Roses netball Captain with over 100 caps and a commonwealth games gold medalist.
Leading from the front for over 10 years, Serena is a leader in human focused performance improvement and strategic implementation. A qualified coach with huge passion to support people in reaching their full potential.
Matt is passionate about CBT and its application to a range of psychological difficulties and look to offer effective and evidence based treatments and advice to establish psychologically safe workplace environments.

Dave is an expert in designing experimental and interactive programmes for behavioural change, He is a skilled improviser, writer and director of teaching. Specialising in applied improvisation, using skill set and principles from the theatre to create personalised professional workshops.
Simon Blake OBE is a coach within Humanised Solutions. His is driven by the belief that high performance, wellbeing and equity power one another. He is trained as an executive coach at Henley Business School. Simon has been a Chief Executive within social enterprise and not for profit sectors for almost 20 years.
He is Chief Executive of leading social enterprise, Mental Health First Aid England. He is also a companion of the Chartered Institute of Management.
