At Humanise Solutions, we understand the unique challenges young adults face when preparing for the workplace. We create programmes designed to equip young adults with the confidence, skills, and mindset needed to successfully enter the workforce, pursue further training or improve their personal mental state and well-being.

What we offer:

Our programmes use a combination of interactive learning and reflective exercises, including SWOB (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Barriers) assessments and personal action plans. These activities encourage participants to take ownership of their personal and professional development.

We continuously monitor progress through regular feedback, enabling us to adapt the programme to meet the evolving needs of participants. This data-driven approach ensures that each learner receives the support and guidance they need to succeed.

Humanise Solutions worked with Aston Villa Football Club to create a leading cognitive development, behavioural and personal development programme to support the acceleration of performance both in and out of football.

Humanise Solutions worked with Crystal Palace Football Club to create a leading women empowerment and leadership programme to support female employees as part of the clubs unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of gender equality and personal growth amongst its staff.

Starting in early 2023, Humanise Solutions launched a new 12-week programme for two cohorts each year, focusing on personal and workplace skill development to support personal growth. Participants contribute and help design the programme that places them at the centre.

Humanise Solutions worked with The Department For Woking Pensions & The Job Centre Brownhills to create a work ready programme aimed towards combatting the current challenges on personal motivation, skill awareness & the focus of becoming “work ready” as part of a 12-week approach.

Emily Ward

Director – Head of Change Management

Emily is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner with extensive experience at a global level.

Her expertise in project management, coupled with a deep understanding of integration and adoption principles, has been instrumental in her successful career. Serena Kersten MBE

Serena leads our high performance, culture and ED& I initiatives within Humanise Solutions. Serena was the England Roses netball Captain with over 100 caps and a commonwealth games gold medalist.

Leading from the front for over 10 years, Serena is a leader in human focused performance improvement and strategic implementation. A qualified coach with huge passion to support people in reaching their full potential.

Matt is passionate about CBT and its application to a range of psychological difficulties and look to offer effective and evidence based treatments and advice to establish psychologically safe workplace environments.

He is Chief Executive of leading social enterprise, Mental Health First Aid England. He is also a companion of the Chartered Institute of Management.
