Humanise Solutions delivers a blended personal skills development programme for care leavers, developing their inter-personal skills, workplace knowledge, and well-being. The initiative aims to improve their view of life success and reduce the potential for short- and long-term trauma as they leave the care system.
Matrix SCM commits to a four-year funding cycle to support local authorities in improving care leaver statistics.
Starting in early 2023, Humanise Solutions launches a new 12-week programme for two cohorts each year, focusing on personal and workplace skill development to support personal growth. Participants contribute and help design the program that places them at the centre.
