Simon Blake OBE is a coach within Humanised Solutions. His is driven by the belief that high performance, wellbeing and equity power one another. He is trained as an executive coach at Henley Business School. Simon has been a Chief Executive within social enterprise and not for profit sectors for almost 20 years. He is Chief Executive of leading social enterprise, Mental Health First Aid England. He is also a companion of the Chartered Institute of Management.
